We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective once posted on our website. The version of the Terms in effect when you place your order will govern that transaction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be prohibited or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or the enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions.

Our failure or delay in exercising any right or power under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right, nor does exercising a right prevent us from exercising it again in the future.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. All transactions are deemed to take place in Oxley, Queensland, Australia.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Unless otherwise provided in these Terms or agreed upon by Sunshine Pet Supplies, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted, and goods will be delivered to the address specified in your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting. You may return goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided in your order after making reasonable attempts, we will cancel your order and refund any payment received.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns or incorrect selections, including wrong size, colour, or other specifications.

All goods may only be returned in accordance with these Terms and our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Sunshine Pet Supplies will process approved refunds within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Methods:

If your original payment was made:

a) By credit card - refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.

b) By a combination of Gift Cards and credit card:

  • Refunds will first be processed to the credit card used for the original payment
  • Any remaining amount will be issued as a Returns Card and emailed to the address provided when you placed your order

c) Using Afterpay - refunds will be processed back to your account through Afterpay.

d) Using a combination of Gift Card or Returns Card and Afterpay - the refund will be issued as a Sunshine Pet Supplies Returns Card first, with any remaining balance refunded through Afterpay (unless otherwise required by law).

Same Day Delivery orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.

Big and Bulky Goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and cannot be returned.
